Thank you of the 'reminder'!

I'm sure Aardvark would argue that it is their 'Human Right' to gather
together and pray in the streets, regardless of whether or not the
Muslims are breaking the law of the land in which they are living.

I think that's wrong!

What are *your* views?

It would also be of interest to know where *you* live (country!)

(Will you also provide a name for us to call you, please?)

I am concerned about a religion that disregards the law of the land and only
follows the law of the religion. France, and most all of the European
Countries are not Islamic, therefore have laws that fit the general
population of those countries. Muslims are migrants from Islamic countries
that have settled in the European Countries, and have made it clear that
they want to convert whatever European Country they settled in to Islam and
establish Sharia law. Well what if the indigenous peoples of those European
Countries don't want to follow Sharia law? The Koran says to convert the non
believer or kill them. Obviously, this tenet of Islamic law will meet heavy
resistance, and fighting will be the result. Recent events in Iran, Saudi
Arabia, Pakistan, and other Islamic countries have enforced, or attempted to
enforce this law by killing the non believer.
Islam cuts into my inalienable right to freedom of religion and I won't have
it.

I have already said that I am a citizen of the United States of America, and
live in the Southwest with the Cougar, the Rattlesnake, and Sequoia Redwood
forest, home of the Grateful Dead and the Beach Boys...lol!

In the interest of anonymity, call me anything but late for dinner! :o)

Just how do you think it can be stopped?

Make the Muslims follow the law of the land, and if they refuse, arrest them
for violating established law. They can whine all they want with their
Muslim Brothers and Sisters in prison.

You fucking would be. You've never read the UDHR, have you? Any
understanding of its principles is totally beyond you.

Keep it in your church. If you're not in your church, keep it at home. If
you're neither in church nor at home, keep it in your head.

Which part of the above do you have trouble understanding?

Is that an agreement that you *do* feel they should be allowed to do as
they please?

I had *not* done so until you brought it to my attention - over a year
ago now IIRC

I'd far rather not sweep things under the carpet. I'm assuming that
*you* feel that such things should not be openly discussed. Is that correct?

That's fine, as long as your agreement also applies to other organised
religions.

As long as other organized religions are not trying to impose themselves on
established laws, I have no quarrel with them. Islam is the only religion
that does this.

Are you sure you are not confused about other organized religions and Islam,
Aardvark? I don't see Catholics or Protestants or Anglicans trying to be
violent, or even Jews in Great Britain, just Muslims.
